Fundamentals

Faction Fundamentals will prepare you to reach your highest possible level of fitness.

Our primary goal in these classes is to introduce you to some brand new skills and
movements. This is a challenging, but rewarding step. Once you’ve gotten the hang of
it, you’ll be ready to enter our group Crossfit classes.
 
Here are some of the features of our Fundamentals class:
  • First, we will show you how to lift safely and efficiently
  • We will start with simple exercises with light weight, slowly adding more movements
    and weight once you’re ready
  • Each class will end with a workout allowing you to measure your progress.  Under your guidance, you'll have the chance to push yourself and put your new skills to the test.
  • This course brings results! During the course of your Fundamental training, your
    body will begin to rapidly change. We’ll encourage you to take before and after
    pictures to help capture your transformation.
  • This course is a value. The complete cost of Faction Fundamentals is less than the
    typical price of two personal training sessions at a large commercial gym.

CrossFit

If you’re ready to achieve elite fitness, then Crossfit is for you.
 
Here, elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, powerlifting, sprinting, rowing and jumping
are all combined into one program to provide you inclusive fitness. This is the only
program capable of simultaneously developing your endurance, stamina, strength,
flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.

Strength

Strength is a critical component of overall fitness. Every Faction Crossfit workout you
perform will have a dedicated strength component. But, we don’t stop there! For those
interested in becoming as strong as possible, Faction offers specialized training for
Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and Strongman.
 
Whether you’re just looking for a personal record, or to compete at the highest possible
level, we will prepare you to maximize your strength performance.

Endurance

Think you need to log long hours on the road to be a great endurance athlete? 

Think again. 
 
Our coaches will teach you how to train smarter not harder. You will learn more efficient movement patterns for your sport and proper conditioning techniques that make the most of your training time. Become a faster and stronger athlete with Faction.
